Well, day 1 went great. Onward I go!
Thanks to everyone who responded back to my last couple of blogs. You buddyslimmers are terrific in showing support. Thanks a million!
Well, day one of renewing my committment went great. I’ve haven’t been working out for about 3 weeks if not more so Monday was my fresh start day and I believe I did pretty well if I do say so myself. I ran my 3 miles. I would like to say it was pretty easy to do but that would be a lie. It had it struggles here and there but I did it. Also did my weights for 20 minutes so that’s another A+ for me.
Funny how exercise is supposed to make you feel better but it can have the opposite effect too. With muscles and bones hurting it feels like I have aged overnight. I guess it’s nothing too bad that a little Aleve can’t help. Now, today’s a another day so let’s see what I can accomplish today. Of course I have to have my coffee first and my dose of Young and The Restless here soon. Can someone please make that Janna character go away?
Have a good one Buddyslimmers! Let’s get through Tuesday with no fattening treats! Stay the course!

You be awesome, Woman!!!! You can do it, and you have given me new motivation! I missed you!!!! We can do this!!!

Way to go Woman!! We all know our mistakes, but we learn from them and move on! You are wonderful. Stay with the running, and I am positive, before the week is over you will have accomplished what you have set out to do.
Exercise hurts for the first few days and then gets much easier. You need to train your body to handle the stress. Your brain will eventually tune out the ache just like it would when you hear a million sounds in the environment around you and you only take in the important ones. So, keep at it. Get good rest. Drink more water then you think your should. Try for 80-100 ozs a day - that will help lube up the joints! good luck.

I’m so far behind that I just now read your blog. I hope you are still doing good with your workouts. It takes a lot to admit you’ve messed up and it takes even more to get back to working out. Great job Wonder Woman!! Hope to talk to you soon.
