You left the “obese” category…you have lost 36 pounds….YOU ARE AMAZING!! You inspire me. I can’t wait to say that I have left the “obese” category. You go girl! I am right there with you.
Way to hang in there Wonder Woman. I know I’ve seen a lot of people, even back when we were the Hotties, struggling with losing. You’re right, this is difficult but you have that great attitude that’s going to get you to goal. It will happen for you. That much I’m sureof!!!
Wonder Woman, you are awesome. You know you won’t have a loss every week necessarily. Like you said, change up your exercise routine. A lot of times it just takes doing something different because the body gets used to a certain workout. You’ve been doing an awesome job so far and I believe you will continue to do so. Wonder Woman- I know gaining back a pound can be frustrating especially since you are so close to leaving the 170’s and to your mini-goal. First of all you have been doing AWESOME!!! Second you have a great attitude. I think the step aerobics is a great idea. I know if you work hard this week you’ll be back where you want to be!!! Keep up the great work!!!
I hear ya Wonder Woman! I also gained this week! I did everything right and managed to gain 2 lbs. I am sure it is just water weight from TOM, but I am more determined this week to get to my min-goal and I know you will work hard and get to where you want to be. I know that you want this weight off and you will do what it takes! You are a great buddy to me and I support you all the way!
I know how frustrating that must be, but I know you’re going to bounce back! You are resilient and determined enough to get it going this week, I have faith in you!

well chicky, its just another pound you’ll lose. I would not be too concerned, our weights fluctuate so many times a day its crazy. Trust me i had a little ove hate thing going with mine, and damn thing said something diffrent every time I got on it, in the same day! grrrrr. Keep up your awsome efforts, they ARE paying off! Kick fat take names!

A pound gain isn’t much. That could be caused by a lot of things. Don’t let it get you down.
