My before and after pictures. Boy I hate doing this!

I hate it but I will do it anyway.  This is my before and after pictures.  I started in January but this photo was probaby taken in November so I think I was 8 pounds heavier in January.  If that matters at all!  I started at 207 and I’m now 167.
