Well if we are in a rehab we need to follow a 12 step program. HMMM….. bet we could come up with a good 12 stepper. You are doing great. Have a wonderful day!!!!
This is the best rehab program ever! You’re right - we’re all going through the same process & sharing tips & tricks. I’m so glad that you’re achieving your goals with the help you find here!
Great analogy… I’ve never thought of it that way but you are right. I like the concept… a humerous way of looking at it. I love the the way you mentioned that we are required to make our own healthy foods. Hey! it’s teaching us how to succeed out of cyberspace.
Your doing great, keep up the great work. Your success is our success.
That is a great analogy! I have soooo far to go, I will be here so long that people will think I am a permanent resident lol. I’ve thought about this before and it kind of makes me sad to think of all the people that will be leaving me long before I am ready to leave. But, I will be so happy for those we do get released into the real world! hehe
Congrats on the 24 pound loss! You know, I’ve been telling my husband for the longest that I know how an alcoholic or drug addict feel because my addiction is Food. That’s why I’m always telling myself “one day at a time”, because I never know what tomorrow brings, and while I can hope that I won’t slip up, I know that “urge” is lurking around, waiting. So I’ll forever be a recovering foodaholic. We are all in this together. We can do this!!
Great blog WW. I would like to leave rehab too with my new hot, toned and lean body I know I can get. So let’s work hard so we can bust out of here and come back once in a while to give support.
I like the analogy. However, I don’t think I’ll ever truly leave - I like this place too much! It’s so useful, and I like seeing what other people have gone through and how much they’ve accomplished, it’s truly incredible and I am in awe.
Everyone here, give yourselves a pat on the back, you’re wonderful!
Now that’s a good analogy of BuddySlim!! I’ve always thought of this place as being theraputic, but I just never looked at it in quite this way!
Our blogs and the comments we get are our therapy sessions! Maybe that’s why I just can’t get enough of BuddySlim!!
