Measuring weight loss with tubes of Ground Beef
Tomorrow is my weigh in day. It seems like this week took forever to get here. I’m looking forward to it because I think I will have my little duck on my wight ticker move again. I believe I may have lost 2 pounds. I really worked hard this week. I’m running 2 miles and walking also. Sometimes though, 2 pounds just doesn’t seem enough.

But, then I think about those tubes of ground beef that you buy at the grocery store. The smaller tubes equal 1 pound. And when I hold that one pound in my hand, I can see that it is alot of weight gone. So, if I lose two pounds tomorrow, that will make a total loss of 10 pounds and that is for sure alot of ground beef tubes!

I could have a big party with all that meat. You know, that’s not a bad idea. When I reach my mini goal, I should throw a party and cook hamburger patties that = the amount I lost! People at the party don’t have to know this. Plus, I can watch everyone else gain weight while they eat. I figure that’s another way for me to look thin. Make everyone else fatter than me!

Good luck to everyone tomorrow! With all the snacks on Super Bowl Sunday, your gonna need it!

BEEF BE GONE!!!!!!!
I LOVE IT
GO DUCKY GO!!!!!
You know when Oprah Winfrey lost all that weight I think like 50 pounds maybe more I forgot but anyway she came out with a wagon with that amount of fat in it to illastrate how much she lost., and on the biggest losser before the last weigh in they had to carry around them the amount of weight they had lost and leave it and specific spots in the race or pick them up I rogot which but I thought that that was kind of neat.

Oh my gosh I think it would be so freaking funny for me to have a bbq and invite all my friends and serve them 80 pounds of hamburger. I love that!!! I’m gonna lift one of those next time i’m in a grocery store.
You are soo cute!! And go on and throw that party!!
Good luck with your weigh in…
Nice to meet you! I like your analogy with the ground beef. I picture my weight loss as cubes of butter. That way even if it is only 1/4 pound, I can pick up a cube of butter and see how important that .25 pound is, especially to my heart!
