Let me get through this weekend…
Please let me get through Saturday. My first weigh in is Sunday morning. I have done really well on my diet this week. Counting every calorie, counting every fat and staying well below my goals without starving. But, Saturday is coming and that’s when things are more relaxed and you slip up. I don’t want to slip up. I want to complete one full week. I’m gonna do my best to stick with it. That’s all I can do is my best.

You’re right all you can do is your best. Sounds like so far you’re doing great. Hang in there. And if you slip, pick yourself up and get right back on track. I know you can make it. You have people pulling for you.

Good luck! I am trying to make it through myself. I am going to take it as it comes because it’s my birthday and I have a party planned. Anyways, just try to remember the feeling we all get after we do it. That’s what I am trying to do.
